Terms & Conditions

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE BOOKING:

*CANCELLATIONS: All appointments are scheduled on line. If your Time and Service is not available be sure to check back often as clients cancel and reschedule. Last minute openings will appear on FB or IG page on stories.

Failure to cancel your appointment WITHIN 48 HOURS will result in a 100% fee of your scheduled service.

A cell Number and Email is required to book your appt.

If you DO NOT receive a CONFIRMATION you do not have an appointment. Please check your email if you are unsure you scheduled successfully.

HOURS: Wednesday - Saturdays 10-5pm Brow 911 Exclusive services are outside of my regular Business hours.

*IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE an upcoming appointment you can do so by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment button in your email confirmation email from the time of booking. Make sure to keep that email in case you need to cancel or reschedule before your appointment.

CREDIT CARD: I require a Credit Card to hold your appointment. The Credit Card will only be charged in the event of NO SHOW, LATE CANCELLATION OR SAME DAY CANCELLATION.

ARRIVAL TIME: If you are running more than 5 minutes late, I will do everything possible to extend the time and give you full amount of time on your appointment. However there is another appointment following your service and I cannot guarantee this will be possible

REFUNDS: All services and Products are Non-Refundable. Prices and or Services are subject to change without notice.

TERMS OF SERVICE: By booking your appointment you understand and agree to these terms of service.
